1. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, Kavienajersey ships worldwide.
All orders are securely shipped via PTT Cargo, and delivery usually takes 14–21 days, depending on your location.

2. How are the embroideries made and how long do they take?

Our embroideries are crafted using a combination of machine stitching and hand detailing.
Each design starts on the machine and is then hand-finished to ensure every piece is unique.
Depending on the complexity and embroidery density, the process takes 8 to 14 hours.

3. Can I send my own jersey?
Yes. You can send us your own jersey and choose between two options:
•Select one of our ready-made embroidery designs from the Designs section, or
•Request a fully personalized design created from your own ideas, symbols, or motifs.
 
Once your jersey arrives, we’ll carefully embroider the design you’ve chosen — or the custom one we’ve created together.
You’ll receive updates via email throughout the process.
4. How long does delivery take, and can I track my package?

Production usually takes 5–7 business days, in Turkey shipping takes 7-14 days 
and international shipping takes approximately 14–21 days.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a PTT tracking number by email.
You can use this number to track your package online at any time.
We also keep you informed by email throughout the entire process.
